Rentals - Step by Step
Renting from Direct Pro Audio is easy. The following steps will help guide you through the process.
- Call us at 712-256-5446: Have the date and location of you event handy. We will review the equipment you need and confirm availability. Be sure to tell us everything you need, including cables and other accessories.
- If you have not rented from us before, you will need to provide:
- A completely filled out Rental Application
- A photocopy of your valid Drivers License
- A photocopy of a valid credit card
- Pick up your rental as early as you can on the day of your show. If you haven't used the equipment before, plan extra time to set up and be familiar with what you are renting. Even if you have used similar equipment in the past, plan extra time. Payment is due at the time you pick up the equipment. If you have any issues with the equipment, call our emergency number listed on your rental receipt.
- The next business day after your event, you must return the equipment and all cables and accessories before 5:00PM. If you can't make it back on time, call us and let us know. We will check in your equipment and verify that all pieces are accounted for and in proper working order. This is a great time to inform us of future equipment rental needs.
